Wonton making time πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Wonton Filling For this wonton recipe, I used some shrimp and mixed them with ground pork. I also added some water chestnuts to give the wonton that extra crunchiness and interesting texture. πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³ Steps 1/ Place a wonton wrapper on your hand. Place a teaspoon of the filling in the center of the wrapper. Start with a small amount so it’s easier to work with. Use your finger to moisten the edges of the wrapper with egg white. πŸ˜€ 2/ When the edges have been moistened, fold the wrapper in half to create a rectangular shape, pressing any air that might be trapped around the filling. Fold the sides inward so that they overlap. πŸ₯° 3/ Wet the portion where the sides meet. Pinch to close and seal.

Happy new year everyone! Thank you for the support. We have a small following, nothing compared to the leading #sgfoodbloggers but we are very much inspired by them for bringing and showcasing the SG food and hawker culture to the world. And this continues to be our goal for #2019. And now that we are in a new year, we wish everyone an awesome cooking year and to greater health. #moneycannotbuyhealth #2018bestnine
