Why did we cook this soup

If you are frequently working through late nights, this is actually pretty bad for your health, even if you are able to catch back on your sleep. This is because your body has a build in the biological clock, there is a time to rest and there is a time to work. If it passes that idea period of rest it is hard to get recharge back that energy.

So what is the best time to sleep? The rule of thumb is ideally before 11pm. This will give your body time to recharge. So between 11pm to 3am, most of your blood circulation concentrates in your liver. Your liver gets larger when filled with more blood. This is an important time when your body undergoes detoxification process. Your liver neutralizes and breaks down body toxins accumulated throughout the day.
