Herbal dessert soup to calm your mind

This week we have a herbal dessert recipe to calm your soul 😊

Ingredients

Peanuts 50 grams
Dried Longans 25 grams Being a Qi tonic, it can be used to alleviate sleeplessness, lapse of memory and also anxiousness which are the outcome of blood and Qi deficiency.
Red Dates 5 pieces (or get this seedless from @fairpricesg) Red dates help to stimulate the production of white blood cells – which improves immunity and protects the liver

Steps to becoming stronger

1️⃣ Soak the peanuts in warm water for 2 hours. This is to soften the peanuts
2️⃣ Remove and discard the Red Date seeds
3️⃣ Add 1.5 litres of water into soup pot
4️⃣ Add in the peanuts and boil for 15mins
5️⃣ Add in Red Dates and Dried Longans
6️⃣ Bring to boil
7️⃣ Add rock sugar for taste, we did not add any because we think the sweetness from red dates is good enough 👌🌟
